Janitorial Details for Piedmont Town Center
Cleaning for the building is performed by contract services under rigid specifications and the supervision of Building Management.
Housekeeping inspections are performed regularly by The Budd Group and Lincoln Harris, to ensure that the level of service is of the highest quality.
Good housekeeping is an extremely important part of our tenant services and any suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
Daytime cleaning Activities
General daytime housekeeping services are provided five days a week.
The normal hours of service are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday.
Daily Day Staff Services
Miscellaneous janitorial requests throughout the day, such as vacuuming and trash removal
- Restock restroom supplies and empty trash
- Wipe sinks and counters
- Disinfect toilets
Nightime Cleaning Activities
Standard night time housekeeping services are provided five nights a week.
The normal hours of service are from 6:00pm to 1:00am Sunday thru Thursday.
Nightly Services
- Vacuum lobbies, corridors and high-traffic areas
- Dust mop and wet mop all hard sufaced floors nightly
